Once again, the system provides a wide range of standard functions for both logistics and sales processes. It easily deals with the management of inventory, different variants of goods, the number of items in individual packages or batches, recalculation of stock units, and replacement of goods with others from the same supplier or different suppliers. It optimises stock levels based on past sales, expected sales and minimum required quantities, and proposes and optimises orders to suppliers based on delivery times, minimum quantities for delivery, etc. The use of serial numbers, goods batches and tracking of expiry dates are a matter of course. The system allows for detailed tracking of goods from inside the supplier’s company up to their delivery to the customer.
Dynamics 365 supports basic use of bar codes in its standard functions. Our solution significantly expands the possibilities of their use. Bar code scanners help customers to very efficiently deal with the receipt and dispatch of goods, as well as restocking, stocking and stock removal operations in a controlled warehouse and stocktaking. The solution supports printing of custom bar codes on special printers. Online operation is a matter of course.
