Strict procurement rules are easier to comply with and prove with Dynamics 365 because it works with a liquidation list function, allowing for quick, clear and targeted approval according to well-defined rules. In addition, the system records and tracks, for example, CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes and allows reporting in accordance with them.
The administrative workload and the flood of paperwork in hospitals is significantly reduced by the automatic mining of electronic documents. For fast processing of supplier invoices we use the tried and tested solution Continia Document Capture, which checks the accuracy of invoice data and creates a purchase invoice in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The request system is a web application connected to Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365. Thanks to this system, employees are able to clearly request, approve and process various types of requests beyond requests for medicines and medical supplies, which are usually handled in the hospital IS. The system works with commodity requests, service requests and health, maintenance and transport requests, and with the ability to control the budgets of the individual departments submitting requests.
